Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the Clara platform, operated by Rosenberg Mansion Corp. ("Company"). It supplements our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Make unsolicited or non-consensual robocalls, ringless voicemails, or bulk SMS in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, or state telemarketing laws
  • Record calls without providing legally required notice or obtaining consent in two-party consent jurisdictions
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a law firm or business
  • Collect, screen, or store caller data for any purpose unrelated to legitimate intake, screening, or client-service functions
  • Use the Service to solicit clients in violation of state bar advertising, solicitation, or unauthorized-practice-of-law rules
  • Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or source code
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, defraud, or deceive any caller or third party
  • Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law

2. Caller Consent & Disclosures

Customers must ensure Clara's automated call disclosures (including recording notices) remain enabled and accurate, and must not disable or alter required consent disclosures to callers.

3. Data Handling

Customers may not use the Service to collect sensitive categories of data (e.g., Social Security numbers, health information, financial account numbers) beyond what is reasonably necessary for intake purposes, and must handle any such data collected in compliance with applicable law.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor use of the Service for compliance with this AUP. We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending accounts, or reporting conduct to law enforcement.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current version.
